USA star Beasley signs for Rangers

Rangers signed United States winger DaMarcus Beasley from PSV Eindhoven on Wednesday.

The 25-year-old Beasley, who was on the United States team that won the Gold Cup this month, traveled to Glasgow to complete his transfer to the record 51-time Scottish champion. Beasley has signed a 3-year contract and, although Rangers did not reveal how much it paid PSV, reports said the fee was around 700,000 pounds (US$1.38 million; €1.04 million).

The SPL is a good platform for Beasley. With Rangers he will be a part of a fanatical football system. Especially from a fan perspective.
