Problem is the right ones not getting the break, if them kinda good them either too slow, cyan handle the food, miss home too much or just cyan adapt, we need youth fi go who can 'slap shyte out of hog mout' our conversion rate on players being productive and the next step of being productive over a long period is atrocious.

It is clear that we not preparing the yutes psychologically for the step up and fundamentally they themselves don't really understand the opportunity when them get it.

Clearly Jamie Vardy was prepared to play anytime anywhere, story is when he was at Academy he was also working 12 hours a day in the coalmines, ok I made up the coalmines part!!! But seriously, the youth was working a full time job plus playing competitive ball and being super productive! Clearly he is a Spartan, can we not id our Spartans earlier. We have seen too many get the shot and sometimes multiple chances and cannot adapt to the snow etc!!!
