This is totally unnecessary, unwanted & unwarranted. It does not fit well with the current Jamaica Fraud Federation Business Model. That model is:

* Try a few unprepared yutes in the national team.. i.e. set them up for failure
* When they fail after a few games... Throw up your hands and say... "See..we need better players!!! We need to look abroad for SnowBallas!!!

* Stupid football fans exclaim..: "Yes... seeit deh!! Yuh si di JFF try di yute dem!! Wi yute dem nuh reddy!!!" Leggo di SnowBall!!!

* Do extensive searches online & via foreign scouts for players with a Jamaican bloodline...no matter how remote

* Since our Confederation playing standard is mediocre and our disapora is relatively vast...finding qualified players is a BREEZE.

* Having found such players...the hard part is convincing them to actually commit to Jamaica

* This "convincing" gets markedly easier around WCQ time

* Having shaken the Family Football Tree and generated some fallen fruits ...Voila!! A "team" is born

Lather...Rinse...Repeat every 4 year cycle

So there is ZERO reason to go through the much harder, more expensive slog of providing a systematic development program that will sustainably produce adequate players out of Jamaica. Raiding the Family Tree is...oh so much easier...just the cost of foreign telephone calls, foreign trips (a nice perk) and foreign travel for the expats

The fact that this "business model" has been an ABJECT FAILURE FOR ~20 YEARS is of no consequence
