In my view the ultimate objective of the JFF, given Jamaica's state of GROSS UNDERDEVELOPMENT.... should be the institution of a vibrant football business based on world class native youth player development and regionally competitive play at clubs which are financially solvent and able to attract private investments. ALL else is secondary.
