  • Daniel Gordon Cleared To Play After Knee Injury

    Daniel Gordon has been cleared to play after missing several weeks because of a knee injury. He was on the bench, a substitute not used, in a 0-0 draw at Nuremburg.

    Daniel injured his knee August 22 during a match against Duisburg.

    Daniel said he will need another week or two before he is at 100 percent, according to the online news site ka-news.de

      Daniel had to leave practice Wednesday because of pain in his knee. He was not in the lineup or on the bench for Friday's 3-0 win against VFL Bochum.

          I hope a speedy recovery for him. He should not rush it though. I think Ja will need him for the Hex on up. Yes he made a mistake in the qualifiers but so what? He was damn nervous. Nervousness cost us the GC. He is a six footer and I don't mind see Ja's whole back line spreading out with six footers (including goalie). That would be very intimidating
