  • "I have got him" LOL!!!

Rafa kept saying 'fact, fact, fact' and I could not believe what I was hearing," said Gerrard. "I was grabbing the couch, digging my fingers into the arms, feeling embarrassed for him.
"When I met up with England, all the Manchester United players told me Fergie was just laughing at Rafa, saying: 'I've got him, I've got him'."

    • Don't let negative things break you, instead let it be your strength, your reason for growth. Life is for living and I won't spend my life feeling cheated and downtrodden.

I was in England that weekend. I will never for get it. It was the same weekend that Chelsea played Manu** and lost...essentially gaining momentum on my reds. Rafa tried to disrupt the Manu** camp with that silly press conference. I remember sitting in a pub in Trafalgar Square shaking my head - "Rafa Rafa Rafa...what have you done?" But, still, me did hug him up same way. That was a tactical blunder of epic proportions.

THERE IS ONLY ONE ONANDI LOWE!

"Good things come out of the garrisons" after his daughter won the 100m Gold For Jamaica.

"It therefore is useless and pointless, unless it is for share malice and victimisation to arrest and charge a 92-year-old man for such a simple offence. There is nothing morally wrong with this man smoking a spliff; the only thing wrong is that it is still on the law books," said Chevannes.
