    Mattocks on song

Jamaica striker Darren Mattocks (left) and Nicaragua’s Jason Juarez battle for possession during their CONCACAF World Cup qualifying match at the National Stadium on Friday night. Jamaica lost 2-3.

JAMAICAN striker Darren Mattocks is on a roll. And while Simon Dawkins' super volley sealed the deal at the death and rescued the Reggae Boyz, and indeed the Jamaican football programme, Mattocks 13th-minute opener had certainly paved the way for success.

It was the Vancouver Whitecaps striker's fourth goal in as many games for Jamaica. And it also mirrored his opener against Nicaragua during the first leg in Jamaica last Friday, which got Jamaica back in the game after being down by three goals early in the second half.

THERE IS ONLY ONE ONANDI LOWE!

"Good things come out of the garrisons" after his daughter won the 100m Gold For Jamaica.

"It therefore is useless and pointless, unless it is for share malice and victimisation to arrest and charge a 92-year-old man for such a simple offence. There is nothing morally wrong with this man smoking a spliff; the only thing wrong is that it is still on the law books," said Chevannes.
