Harbour View's Jorginho James?

What the hell happened to this guy?
A few years past I went down to H/V to take a look at him and he was on the cusp. He went into Central America and then disappeared.

Has anyone seen him play recently?
He sure had the potential to by this time be playing 'big football'.
