Why should anyone accept that those errors are part of the game, ESPECIALLY when we who are viewing at home, can clearly see many of the mistakes INSTANTANEOUSLY... there is a simple solution to many of these errors, so what's the reason why they (FIFA) refuse to implement the use of a simple video replay to fix a potential bad call! Is it as Paul suggests because they (FIFA) can control the outcome of matches? are they "ladrones corruptos"?

What percentage of the stadium you believe (just a guess) would have been filled if it was a Jamaica versus Panama finals?

It is wrong, immpral, cruel etc but do understand that if a finals match will result in an empty stadium then the promoters have a good business reason to fix the results?

Stadium would be at 10% capacity for Ja vs Pan with numerous empty seats.

I understand that the stadium might not be filled; but then why have a competition then? what this suggests is that the GC should not ALWAYS be held in USA, but spread around the region... a JA v Pan final would be sold out in Panama and I would suggest also in any of the Central American countries, particularly Costa Rica... why can't the contest be held in Central America? the distances are nowhere as far to travel as in the US. Our region (Caribbean) would probably struggle to host the tournament given the size of our stadiums...

Regardless of all of this, FIFA should ensure that the best product, including referee standards, is on the field... one can always dream.

Is a 'A Ja v Pan final' likely to be sold in Trinidad? Maybe and finals would sell well in a country with a tradition of taking the family to a game (yes, Costa Rica. Maybe ant finals would sell well in Bahamas, a tourist destination with small a stadium.

CONCACAF needs either Mexico or the USA in order to get a full house in a stadium in the USA. If CONCACAF wants to make big money and be fair to one other team then the Gold Cup semi finals and finals should only be held in East Coast cities in the US and Canada that have large immigrant populations i.e. New York/New Jersey, Toronto, Miami and may be Philadelphia.
