A major part of OUR problem is lack of overall discipline. I can just imagine how WE appear to the Chinese , Koreans and other countries who try to conduct business.

I learned something new about the existence of a Pepper Market.

I was in Jamaica about 2 weeks ago. ...and outside of controlled environments, Jamaica lags behind in lots of basic constructs.

No problem... check this out from Wikipedia about the V-League; each of the 14 teams has its own stadium and capacity ranges from 12,000 to 28,000. The other interesting statistic is their average attendance; over 10,000 per match over the last few seasons. Impressive I'd say!
