PHILADELPHIA, Pennslyvania – Coach Winfried Schaefer has urged his players to remain hungry and charged them not to leave the USA without the CONCACAF Gold Cup trophy.
Should they win, the Jamaicans will walk away with US$1 million, while the runners-up will collect US$500,000.
Jamaica’s Reggae Boyz, playing in their first final, will meet Mexico in the decider at the Lincoln Financial Field today at 8:06 pm (7:06 pm Jamaica time).
“This is the final and we deserve the cup and we not going home without it. It's your cup,” charged Schaefer.
