Since Jamaica already sealed their place in the quarter finals, should Schaefer give some players a rest?

No! Secure the win. Plus we need the forwards to get on the scoresheet.

He could if we are leading by 3 or 4 and in command with 20 minutes left and certainly under the same circumstance with 5 or less minutes left.

I would let Mattocks start, give Jobi a rest because of his niggling injuries.
Maybe give Hector some more experience.

Yes....you have to manage minutes in a long tournament. Especially one where we've already played in 95 and 100+ degree weather. Sit anyone on a yellow, sit anyone that has played the full 90 minutes in the last two matches that aren't the center backs or gk and sit your two best players regardless.

Are you certain that we have an assured spot? Isn't it still possible to finish third and not one of the best 3rd place finishers? Just asking... will take a look.

If Guatemala wins and we lose, we will still have more points than Panama

Well if you want to have nothing left for the quarter finals then might as well start the same group that's played itself into the ground the last two matches. Why not.

I hear you breds. I'm probably just being too paranoid. Let's sit back and cheer on the boyz to a good win over El Salvador today. Even though we haven't played our best football yet I've really enjoyed watching this team play this gold cup. You kinda feel as if we have the potential to improve with each game and really challenge for a finals appearance. Fingers crossed.
