  • How will the latest FIFA scandal affect

the Copa America, Gold Cup, The women's World Cup? etc. Will there be any fallout that might negatively have an impact on these tournaments? Or are these business as usual?

Don't see why there should be any changes. Fans still want to see their teams and contracts have already been signed.

Business as usual then... if the fallout had a negative impact on any one of these tournaments let's say, then it might force Blatter's hand, or feet, and he'd leave. If UEFA pulls out as Platini is threatening if Blatter goes back in, then there might be a real shakeup... maybe an alternate WC for 2018? and a rival world governing body?? or am I just dreaming here?

Don't see why the average fan would care about any of this. Especially when they know it will simply be a replacement of corrupt from one area with corrupt from another.

Fair enough, but the degree of corruption is a little too much... less corrupt, while still corrupt, is better IMO than some of the crassness we hearing about.

I doubt any potential fallout will affect this summer's tournaments. Still too soon.
