          make dem stay deh. The best thing he could do is stay at Pool 2 more years.
          Even Di Maria have problem. Liverpool fits Sterling than most other clubs out there. See Welback think he would have been main striker by now but the pine is there to ride so, so be it.

              gamma,my thing is he chose England rather than (despite his love for yard)Jamaica and many considered that the right move for his career.Leaving Pool (even to warm the bench elsewhere)may very well be another savvy career decision.If Sterling is anything to begin with then one would expect that he could climb the ladder anywhere.
              Gerrard tried to convince Suarez to stay,he had to make a case to be a starter at Barca,and he did.Besides,maybe Pool isn't the best EPL club for Sterling,he could pull a Fabergas,leave(and if doing so did not go according to plan)return to a different EPL club,without much scrutiny.

                While a nice player and future prospect, how many goals did he score? Sterling needs to develop around the goal before he can progress to be a weekly player at one of the real big clubs.

                  Sterling leaving is with certain conditions in place like an alternative home,I see him at Arsenal,Chelsea and City , he would fit in to meet the english quota system , especially city.

                  This is what happens when Paul theory plays out , the reality of having a wutliss coach wrecking havoc on a financial sound club, in other words unable to get more out of less in this case more out of more (no sell to buy policy) , a coach who cant attract talent and hold onto talent i.e Sanchez and Delay, what you have now is the begining of the worst case scenario, fans cancelling membership,boycotting as in malaysia, merchandise(revenue) when they have lost faith on the direction of the club, this will lead to a change in ownership or focus in leadrship, ultimately change because of the prospect of bankruptcy.

                  Its all on FSG head.As mi say dis affi bottom out.

                      If achieving winner status at WC was the same as in the professional leagues, everyone would rush to, well, take your pick...any one of Brazil, Germany, Italy etc. i.e. any of the multiple winners of the last twelve world cups. You could (theoretically) see Messi jumping ship to Germany... but of course that isn't possible; what really great players have done is to (try to) lift their side to victory; sadly I don't see in the next World Cup, or even the one after that, Sterling lifting England to the winners podium in WC; but if it's silver he's after he's welcome to knock himself out in the pro leagues. Stevie G. he'll never be, but it's his life and I sincerely wish he get all that he's searching for!
