I look at this through a much wider ocular.
You just do not see Blacks in business management in the UK. Seems like the system is not design to encourage nor cultivate that type of ambition outside of maybe football.
Blacks in the UK are more visible in menial type jobs. I am always amused at the high number of stewards (wearing the fluorescent vests) at the football.
Maybe Dunny can comment on , or post a list of the top 10 Blacks in the UK. I tried searching for Blacks in management in the UK...without much success.The only time TRUTH will hurt you...is if you ignore it long enough
