Where do see a defense? What do think you saw?

Jawge don't start talking crap now. Teams break down all the times, even in the NPL but not every game, for all the halves as our u20 did.

Even with breaking and lack of techniques they were able to get a point, fight back and still have more points than the u20 in half the game and even the squad had an accident in an elevator which may affected the performance of some of the players.

If Colour is a good coach I think, he will rectify it by the next game.

You need to give credit where it is due.

How does the team compare to previous under 17 teams in your opinion?

It is good that you can compare us with Team USA. It is obvious they have depth.

We didn't fare too bad, did we? We are still in third and could have had a goal or two more.

I really didn't get to see too much of the last under 17 but this team is moving the ball fast and very well. This team is playing away in Central America where Jamaica has not won a U17 game since 2003.

Tornament or no tournament we have won any there at this level.

It makes a big difference playing in this kind of environment for the boys.

How would you expect to win there at the under 17 level if you haven't played a match there?

We have played there since 2003 and our record before that hasn't been stellar either.

We do better when we play in the Caribbean and specifically when we play at HOME.

Apart from the last tournament (where we had two ties and a loss) when have we played in central america?

What stopped us from making the tournaments there????

You keep asking the same question. I don't have the record but we either never qualified to play in any tournaments there or lost or draw. That is not saying good.

You can look at our overall record in Central America and you can convince yourself we have been good there. As a matter of fact at any level of our football.

And you keep saying we haven't played well there at the under 17 level, but we have barely played there.

If I was coaching the U17 team I would read my beloved forum to get tips from my fellow ites.
My advice to Colour is from the get go there is evidence that our defense is lacking primarily on the left side and one or two players are waaay too individualistic(if you are running pass your teammate with the ball then you failed to reap the benefits from passing(positioning yourself for the return pass).
Regarding the annoying looong passes,in the passer defense, those were not exactly aimless.
He has a very athletic team, players that can take decent shots from the 18,an okay keeper, and gifted players on the flanks.Whereas we did not emerge as The team to watch,we were certainly not an eye sore either.
I should have seen some evidence of progress regarding the aforementioned glaring problems, that is my only disappointment regarding coaching.Colour is making waves.
