    December 23 – FIFA has moved quickly to spell out how much in one-off financial contributions each if its 209 member associations will next year be entitled to, and the answer is $1.05 million. Adding in a first $250,000 bonus already made available, it means that each association will be eligible for $1.3 million of one-off payments over the 18 months from June this year. Suggestions to JFF
          - Invest in "the now":
          i) Subsidy to National TEAMs programs - Training & Matches.
          NB: Matches for the senior Men TEAM are 99.99+% arranged by Match Agents and underwritten by external sources.

          ii) Underwrite meeting with the schools - Prep, Primary, Secondary and Colleges.
          - Lend and underwrite expertise on organisation of competitions - inclusive of subsidy to International Courses.

          - Referees courses for College students and Parish and Confederation affiliates;

          - Supply expert advisors for teacher training colleges i.e. qualified locals and external lecturers/coaches/teachers on and of the game as resource for the Sports Departments of the Colleges.

          (Similar to that provided by T&F's coaches - Usually past graduates of the Colleges asked and offering 'free service'. Here the JFF could offer assistance to the teacher training colleges and subsidize the lecturers as and when requested by the Colleges).

          - Invest in guest coaches for the NPL TEAMs.
          3 per year? - Wenger? Martinez? Fergie? (Sandals or other throwing in a week R&R for the coaches?).

          Invest in "the future"
          Inprove with aim to upgrade JFF's Academy to professional grade 'football school'.

          - Improve recruitment of talent (ALL-ISLAND SCOUTING SUPPORT SYSTEM);

          - Improve staffing

          - Improve ADMINISTRATION & OPERATIONS

          - Seek affiliation with TOP OF THE WORLD Club for attending annual training exercise for both staff and students. (As quality of students understanding of the game and quality of play improves - Club asked to sponsor/co-sponsor multiple training visits to the club's facilities and reciprocal visits to the JFF's - individual and team visits).

          - Implement annual NPL Coach's grant to attend at associate
          facilitated National Associations coaches courses (Improve coaching/cross-fertilization of coaching/teaching football knowledge.

          - Arrange specific targeted skill training courses - e.g. "Scoring goals"; The Possession Game; Speed training - reaction time, sprinting, endurance - How to best use/manage energy - (JAAA's expert coaches on sprinting and recovery?)

          - Out of season
          Parish and or Confed TEAM matches - Emphasis TEAM building and play, improvement of teaching skills of coaches and also the technical and tactical skills of players i.e. Introduce and Spread knowledge of the game across the island.
