furthermore, do you think that IFIFA would have commssioned the report without a confidentiality clause concerning the workproduct which they commisioned?

it would also breach MANY MANY MANY ethical rules including attorney client privilege and the privilege does not lie with the attorney but with the client so the client has to authorize UNLESS it relates to the attorney providing evidence to protect himself from the client .... i don't see that as being the case.
