FOOTBALL: JFF says it is not liable for negligence against Hue
    Jermaine Hue - File

    Barbara Gayle, Justice Coordinator

    KINGSTON, Jamaica:
The Jamaica Football Federation (JFF) has denied liability for any alleged negligence in the administering of a banned substance by its team doctor, Carlton Fraser, to midfielder, Jermaine Hue.

It said Fraser was on a frolic of his own at the material time when Hue was injected a certain substance and/or Hue was negligent to allow the doctor to do so.

THERE IS ONLY ONE ONANDI LOWE!

"Good things come out of the garrisons" after his daughter won the 100m Gold For Jamaica.

"It therefore is useless and pointless, unless it is for share malice and victimisation to arrest and charge a 92-year-old man for such a simple offence. There is nothing morally wrong with this man smoking a spliff; the only thing wrong is that it is still on the law books," said Chevannes.

the one point they may have is that there is no guarantee that he would be picked in the furture HOWEVER the ban ensured that he would not even be in the running .....

Damages have to be proven in this jurisdiction. It's not about picking a number from the air
