David James is bankrupt – but holding a car boot sale will not solve former England goalkeeper problems

David James is having a clear-out. We learned this week that, after being declared bankrupt, the former England keeper is flogging off some of his personal belongings, via an online auction.

But the disappointing news for those hoping for a sneak behind the curtains of the wealthy is that the hoard he is putting up for sale is about as illuminating as a Manuel Pellegrini press conference. There’s a Chopper bike, a couple of turntables, a few football shirts.

In the end,they do not listen to their accountants,is as if they are overcomed by a desire to spend.
The shoes,suits etc are really trivial,the wealthy lifestyle is his.Cars and houses are a completely different thing though.We know he is generous,likely there wasn't any shortage of family members and friends that he had to help out financially.That is a huge problem.
