if the rest of the TEAM was contributing like him we would be MUCH further along! and yet as usual instead of requiring others to step up...yuh latch on to the one who is contributing the most to criticise.
i recognise that mentality though ..... teacher always overburden the bright kids punish them for getting 95% when those who got 60 running around unconcerned! mi know unnuh, meet nuff a unnuh inna mi lifetime. it wouldn't hurt to be more encouraging than critical.
