    JFF bans Hue

The Jamaica Football Federation (JFF) has banned national midfielder Jermaine Hue from all football related activities following a Disciplinary Committee meeting convened at the JFF headquarters yesterday.

In a release issued late last evening, the JFF said that the player, "in spite of repeated communication" failed to present himself at the meeting called to hear matters concerning his civil suit executed against the JFF and Dr Carlton Fraser.

In the suit filed in the Supreme Court in mid-September by lead attorney Ransford Braham, under the instruction of law firm Patterson Mair and Hamilton, the player is suing for breach of contract, seeking damages for battery and negligence, and special damages.
Why do I have faith in this law firm?

Dr Frazer was sanctioned, that is an admission of culpability.
Once Hue filed a lawsuit, his lawyer becomes the buffer between himself and The JFF,why they summoned Hue and not his lawyer in an attempt to resolve legal matter?

I guess they will not recognise the lawyer since they claim civil courts have no place in their world.

But Hue is allowing his legal team to deal with it as best they can.

Hue's career is a case of JFF mismanagement & incompetence..

... both on and now off the field. We don't have far to look to find the root of the utter rot in Jamaican football

Still can't get over him just seeking US$10k from the suit. That is all attorney's fee here.

i am sure that excludes attorneys fees.
