Can anyone of you guys put a positive spin on our Manager who waits on a fixed time to make substitution and seem too fixed on squad rotation when quality is on the bench begging for a game...Podolski, Campbell and Rosicky.
In my opinion, I believe this attitude are a part of our injury crisis. Wenger failure to properly rotate our players are burning them out. perpetual failure and seen as a deity ..You sir Dunny seem naive to change and holding the manager accountable. His failings are there to be seen. Tactical awareness has pass our manager by. Having a fixed structure regarding substitution is not the way forward.
