    Racism in English football is overt - and highlighted by the struggles of Chelsea youth coach Eddie Newton to secure a managerial job, FIFA's anti-discrimination chief has claimed.
    Jeffrey Webb, who is also a FIFA vice-president and head of the confederation covering the Caribbean, North and central America, insists the problem is not behind the scenes and is 'right in front of your face', and encouraged English football to adopt the Rooney rule used in NFL.
