  • Very well done Danny Welbeck !!!

I am least surprised by Welbeck's performance.

Now that Welbeck is matched with the right team...(with good health) watch him become one of England's best strikers.

    Dunny: sing along

...he scores when he wants...he scores when he wantsss..Danny Welbeck, he scores when he wants...

Forlan played much better elsewhere too,my guess is Chicarito will redefine himself, well he already started;those two goals fir Madrid are atypical strikes....
I think Sanchez is a must have player when Walcott is fielded.

He is playing with the right team for him. He pretty much has to run onto ball and score as Arsenal has a strong Midfield currently unlike Manu that has to constantly drop him or Rooney deep.

Arsenal needed the speed of him and Alexis, and now that the Ox is back. Your major problem is defense and a good stand up forward.

LOL!!!! How so? Some players thrive playing for smaller teams. Floran, Rossi and Kagawa comes to mind .... Welbeck is proving that.

Your midfielders were just not 'feeding' Welbeck.
What is the point of not passing between the lines for him to 'run on' and score if he does that in a great way?

It is folly to starve the...YOUR FORWARD...YOUR TEAM...of an asset!!! ...that asset was Welbeck's ability on 'running on' to the ball in front of goal. Just think on it - The BOYU players...his TEAMmates...know that and decide to not play those balls? Makes sense?

But then there is RvP,my guess he will rise to that occasion.
The goal that Welbeck scored in which he he headed the ball to negate the dedender is exactly why Wenger wanted him and we should've kept him.He was very efficient yesterday too.Man U defenders will not give an inch......

Welbeck should be double teamed,he will use his advantages(height, quickness, and strength) to do away with a lone defender.
I fo not think it is a question of being properly serviced,Welbeck and Hernandez were forced into being goal line proachers,a position that masks his attributes. If he is double teamed then another striker should capitalize.
