Hey, just having the discussion on improving scouting, selection process, tracking data, coaching with detail, I just cannot understand how we can get so many weak athletes playing football at a pretty high level in jamaica, a team focused on fitness and speed would probably expose many of the rspl teams.

Hyde is symbolic of the combination of raw talent, ambition, intelligence and discipline we will need to compete at a higher level. They are out there buried in many teams and we can't even see them. What would Sterling and Aaron's look like if they stayed in Jamaica, yup totally invisible, they would still be just as fast but weak skill and the opportunity to develop and break into a good schoolboy side and then a rspl side would probably be a pretty hard grind without some strong support.
