LOL!!! The joke is that it's not. You seem to forget that the same (corrupt) FIFA had investigated barca and put BANS in place (See: http://deadspin.com/barcelona-slamme...a-r-1556919568) and that was just in April. That didn't seem to prevent Barca from acquiring Suarez...such is the FIFA joke.

Peter, FIFA is a joke. They found Barca guilty of a LONG SERIES of rules violations in signing 10-18 year olds and imposed a year long ban back in February/March I believe. They then allowed barca to continue to deal in the transfer market while the appeal was being processed...but FAILED to have a single hearing until JUNE!!! The verdict on the appeal is STILL NOT DEALT WITH. I can GUARANTEE that had this been an English club, they would have been f-d from the day after the appeal was filed. It is a sham. They know that Barca is a world brand that they need to flog in order to drive $$ to their slimy pockets.
