ANyone know if Portia went? The T&T PM attended but as a "private" citizen she said as she was taking her grandson to the final. She stressed to the public she was not using public funds to foot the bill. Sure Kamla, sure... you can bet you bottom dollar the T&T government pay for her security etc. etc.
