    Does the stat also tells how many goal scoring chances he created compared to the England game? I think he created more in this one.

        You are correct on the matter of changing the administrators minds.

        ...on the matter of Jamaicans born outside of the island the logic is faulty although the answer is correct. Happens in Math at the novice levels frequently. The steps and concepts applied incorrect...yet in some cases a correct result is achieved. Of course the 'marker' gives a big fat X

        ...but let me explain the concept and how we arrived at the same answer/end point?

        The only concept and policy is -Concept: Jamaicans representing Jamaica. Matters not the area)...if one condition of representing the country is holder of citizenship. ...important that one condition is mentioned as there are numerous areas where best representation has demanded and shall demand the services are supplied by non-citizens. Just so happens that 'best' representation has to be found regardless of where it 'resides' [e.g. in a citizen or non-citizen and thus at times non-citizen(s) is(are) '[best option.]

        Policy - and specific to our Reggae Boyz: best citizen-players to make best TEAM.

        Now if the administrators are of the mind-set...are educated whereon knowledge of what is/makes a TOP quality player and what makes quality TOP TEAM then,
        i) many of the REGGAEBOYZ invited would not 'see'...be anywhere near our TEAMs;

        ii) development of players and TEAMs would commence along sensible and proper guidelines.

        You are on point...but line of logic suggests omission of top quality Jamaica(n) players if they were not born in Jamaica. That would be detrimental to use of best resources. Not good!

        --- Consider that with proper and sensible development our youth players you could one day have all in squad at say...a World Cup coming from our domestic league. ...yet there must be an openness to, if our absolute best players for the squad were Jamaicans born outside of the island...than that would be best for Jamaica.

        So we are at/arrived at the same answer/end point on:
        a) need for 'change' in administrators - may mean new personnel or same people...but new 'changed thinking'/cutting edge approaches;

        b) institution of excellent quality education - proper sensible development of youth players, senior players and TEAMs - youth and seniors.

        FORWARD!
        Respek!!!

          Perhaps...he did not have as much time on the ball. ..but his effectiveness was top class in both games. The difference was, in this game his forwards did not take any of the chances he created.

          ...having said that COSTA RICA was magnificent!!!!
          Fair result would be 2 - 2...but this is football.

          Have to ask it again, where was this Costa Rican TEAM? I never saw this World Cup performance - (the play in both matches was magnificent) - coming.

          Will be interesting to see what happens as they go forward...matters not what happens they have covered themselves in glory.

          btw - There do the players play?
          The mix? ...and what does this say about the Costa Rican league? ...and as Don1 would also ask - What does it say of their football education program/system? ...development? ...and what does it tell of their administrators?

            Agreed!
            ...but also Costa Rica were magnificent!
            TEAM! Glorious TEAM...played by Costa Rica!!!

            Anyone still willing to question my emphasis on TEAM=sensible as one unit play?!

            Aside: Conflicted!
            England had the goods=players to win this group but did not have the TEAM.

            Costa Rica is from CONCACAF and I do not wish the TEAM or players' confidence to be in any way rattled...even as slight a rattle as slight tremor.

            So...please Costa Rica whap England!!!! ~ sigh! ~
