Colombia looks the sharper so far. Ivory Coast will have their work cut out to get a result here

They are evenly matched. Ivory Coast held the upper hand for the last 10 minutes of the half.

Yes he and the rest of the Ivorians are playing a little too selfishly.

don't think an african team will make it to the final game for a very long time... too indiscipline... individual skills and physical but lack teamwork... they most often play down to the competition...

What about the past? How do you rate the 2010 Ghana team? Assuming that Suarez did not save that shot with his hands. Do you believe that Ghana could have defeated Holland and made it to the 2010 finals?

Colombia has a few players of African origin if that's any consolation...

Baddaz that is exactly the reason I keep talking about the need to build a defensive counter attacking style for all of jamaican football based on a 4-5-1, build a culture around being the most organized and fit team in concacaf with the national team.

Our physical talents suit this style of ball best, strong, fast, physical defenders and skillful fast attackers on the flank and build central core dm and ch with ability to pass the ball and initiate lightning quick counter attacks out of the back or upon disruption of opposition attack.

Like we saw Uruguay do yesterday, both goals were scored like daggers and very quick, Uruguay did not have many chances and defended well. Classic example of what I would like to see with Jamaica, of course having Suarez is a one in a seven billion kind of deal and not replicable but the rest of it is.
