I think their kind of culture see "us" as child-like...highly indisciplined.

HL, Paul can verify this for me/us as he's been to Tokyo... my other brother told me when he went there a couple years back, the streets were impeccably clean, and NOT A GARBAGE CAN IN SIGHT! Apparently, because of terrorism or fear of bombs being dropped into garbage bins they removed them, yet everybody takes their garbage with themselves and disposes of it at home or wherever appropriate... DISCIPLINE that I admire!
