  • How did the local players on the team perform?

Jacomena Barrett (goalie), Romario Campbell (attacking mid), Kemar Lawrence (left back), Hughan Gray (right back), Dino Williams (striker)...who else was there?

    BLACK LIVES MATTER

I thought Romario Campbell did extremely well for the 60+ mins he was on. He looked composed and honestly, a cut above the other mids IMO. The only question I have is, where has he been hiding?

Kemar Lawrence gave another good account of himself. He seem to be improving with each game. Even the commentator singled him out based on his performance.

Jacomena Barrett did not do badly, however, his distribution needs a lot of work IMO. Cannot be blamed on any of the goals and did well consideing the constant second half pressure.

Hughan Gray and Dino Williams were not on the field that long for a honest eval.

Nick Beckett did not look contribute much after coming on for Romario Campbell. The Egyptians took control of the game after Campbell's removal and Beckett entry. I am not saying the change in game flow was his, but the midfield was absent going forward with him there.

Romario Campbell is a good little player, would need bulking up though. Why are we not seeing these players at 18 or 19 instead of at 24, that is the question I have been asking for years. The goalkeeper I wasn't impressed with, he needs to dominate his box more and his distribution is not the best. Lawrence needs to leave Jamaica now, he has massive potential. The rest of the lads just had cameo appearances so couldn't make a real judgement, hope to see Dino getting more game time in France on Sunday. The young lad Seaton I like very much even though he is not locally based. His movement is excellent and you can tell he is a confident lad, he faded in the second half but that is because he played a lot of minutes over the past couple of weeks.
      He has huge potential

Lawrence was good. Best performances I have seen at that spot in a long time.
Campbell was good. Needs a fitness program.
Barrett didn't look like a professional keeper.
I don't recall seeing Gray do anything (bad or good) and Dino was just running up and down not doing anything much in the short time he had.
            Beckett was poor.
