1. No need to figure out how to develop ballas at home... something Jamaica has failed to do for 100+ years since organized football started with the Manning Cup in 1914. It's clearly too difficult a job

2. Easy access to a large pool of Jamaican-born & Jamaican-descent players... especially di yutes!! Wi cyan capture dem from inna di earlies before Babylon snap dem up!! Afta all .... dem know seh all ah dem cyaan play fi England.

(according to Burrell) .... that would assure loads of sponsorship $$$ and constant practice against quality teams

5. The annual snowy and icy conditions will build mental steel, stony discipline & gutty combat capability into the team's DNA


Wid dat type of preparation... our English-flavored team would easily dispose of Caribbean & Central American minnows... and compete wid US & Mexico for CONCACAF honors automatically....

Cho man relax and enjoy the ride, the most important thing being done is to clearly signal to the local league what kind of player the Jff is looking for going forward. Star players used to playing games that they want to play and the prima Donna biz need fi lick the curb. Skilled, fast, hard working, players that can concentrate for long periods under duress and players that think team first is what we need.

Truly if is one thing we can take from the Germans it is the disciplined and organized approach, there is nothing I would love more than to hear that Jamaica is the most disciplined and well organized team in Concacaf, we have enough style and vibe to supply the world, can you imagine a consistently high order of discipline and organization pervading the entire local scene, it is at that point that we can abandon the snow baller focus. The first step is setting the bar at the top level, everything will flow down from there with a consistent application of that policy and a hell of a lot more of the local approach that you so strongly advocate.

As cording to you, vibes and discipline don't go together, ok let's see, who in jamaican history has created the longest lasting vibes, that reverb generation after generation, I would have to say it is Marcus Garvey and Bob Marley. In both cases the unique vibes created by them have transferred their energy qualities to millions and those numbers keep growing in many ways. Real vibes means hard work and discipline, you don't have to look any farther than those two to see the amount of sweat and hard work they put in to try to realize their vision.
