Yes, Jose is arrogant, but that does not take away from his coaching ability. How many managers could have won the UCL with that Porto team? Jose will set up his team to win, and at the end of 90 minutes that is what counts. Not quite true at all. Chelsea shape to be a very good team. Thhey just need a little tweaking in a few positions. If Jose was able to sign Rooney I think Chelsea would have been champions.
