Well?
...the big question has become how and what do we do to strengthen the TEAM? A TEAM which ended the season 7 points off 1st place... ahem? ...2 wins and a draw out of a tie on points and 3 wins out of 1st place. ...which btw that winning it all this past season was on reflection totally doable.
My thoughts run to -
1. ...strengthening the defense - make it just as tactically aware but 'faster across ground'. The 'Big German' gave up too many chances against the TEAMs above us...and some of the faster forwards below us.
2. ...strengthen the forward area. Needed another 'pure goal-scorer' to complement Podolski and Sanogo.
3. ...improve the attitude of the midfielders to getting improved numbers on 'setting up' of others on goal. ...particularly Podolski and Sanogo.
