NCAA pro player?

Recently a player from a top club in Jamaica finally went to D2 school after getting his grades togather. He played last season and a school in his conference reported that he was pro player since he competed in the regional cup. There were articles to say he played against a MLS team and others. Before we start cussing a US coach, it was understood that he was reported by a fellow Jamaican coach. The NCAA looked into it and then cleared the youth but I know it will come up in the future again.

This is sad as it may lessen some of our top local players getting into college. I only hope there is no rule change.

this has dampen the youths moral after a long dogfight.
