  • West Ham United striker Andy Carroll says he never 'got a ch

“I just feel that when I did go I never really got a chance,” he said. “I came out of a dressing room at Newcastle where everyone was close, everyone, like here at West Ham, and then to go into that dressing room, at that time, when it was the opposite.
“I was disappointed with the way it [his Liverpool career] went, but I don’t feel I was given a real go at it. I was in one game, out three games, back in for one, so it was stop-start constantly and I never really got going.

THERE IS ONLY ONE ONANDI LOWE!

"Good things come out of the garrisons" after his daughter won the 100m Gold For Jamaica.

"It therefore is useless and pointless, unless it is for share malice and victimisation to arrest and charge a 92-year-old man for such a simple offence. There is nothing morally wrong with this man smoking a spliff; the only thing wrong is that it is still on the law books," said Chevannes.

I didn't read the article, but to say he wasn't given a chance is true. The manager made an early decision on him and went with it. It happens all the time. Look at how Mourinho has treated Ba...or how your guru Rafa treated Keane. No biggie. I personally like Andy Carroll, but you have to leave the managers to their own designs.

No - once again you are not paying attention. Like Rafa and Keane, Rafa and Alonso is *similar* to BR and Suarez, except that BR was able to work his magic to keep Suarez, Rafa wasn't so skillful as he lost Xabi.

How can Rafa have made "an early decision on Alonso" when Alonso played for him for so many years? Carroll never played more than a few months for BR and hardly at that.
