The defender clearly got Rosicky's foot. That foot was not 'dragged' it was a perfect running act - the 'planted foot' with clear follow through of the other leg.

Mr President,you and Karl speak with authority regarding referees'calls but I thought it was handled correctly.Not sure if the mere notion of the striker leaving the foot behind trumps the defender obligation to making sure he first makes contact with the ball.
In any event,I am sure you will understand why one would not be totally convinced that a deliberate attempt....,others are guilty of blatant infractions.
