CEDELLA Marley, chief executive officer of Marley Group of Companies, is now the new ambassador for the Reggae Girlz, it was announced yesterday.
Speaking at a press conference in Kingston, the daughter of Reggae king Bob Marley, Cedella said that football is a significant part of her life and that it was easy for her to come on board as ambassador for the Reggae Girlz.
"It is good to be here in Jamaica and to be a part of the JFF. Football is a popular sport in Jamaica and also a significant part in my life as I used to be on the sideline watching and cheering my father playing on the field, so you could see that football is in the blood.
