Scored many goals by pushing down defenders and also by numerous mishits. Not as good as many thing...but he is one of the USA's top strikers
...and that is fact!!!!

It was clear, to me, that Jozy was a 1 dimensional player = If he gets the ball, facing goal & he can outrun or overpower the defender, he will score......BUT he has no finesse or 1 on 1 skill to get by a competent defender & he looks cumbersome if he gets the ball with his back to goal. For me, if a striker wants to be considered TOP class, he must also be able to score the half chances & also be able to create for himself & his teammates, and ALWAYS be a concern for opposing defenders, even without the ball.Comment
