Reflex - when your hand is in front of or by a fast moving object heading in your direction, you will attempt to block it,when your body is moving in the direction in same motion as your hand ,you will attempt to block it.The question should be is a reflex intentional ,I would say yes ,thats why you train yourself not to hand the ball e.g if its coming to your head ,you train yourself to head the ball,everyone has a lapse ,esp in high intensity games.

If a keeper handles the ball outside his box then that I would consider to be reflex.It is deliberate when it is done by other players.Will this reflex kick in to prwvent a goal by his teammate?
