I would not have given that penalty,the defender stood his ground and Suarez made contact hooking the defender foot in order to get the call.Didn't make the difference as Pool was already leading by two goals.Comment

I disagree with you on the penalty analysis. I'll have to watch a replay to see what you're seeing but it was a trip (not necessarily intentional ) the way I saw it. The one that shouldn't have been called was the Arsenal penalty IMO.Peter R

I saw the kickout Suarez did to draw the foul. Hate when they do that! But it was a foul imo.
And the Arsenal one was a foul too. Easy call, in fact. What's his hands doing up there?!?!

I missed the arm..,maybe the referee saw that.
My guess is that wasn't the reason for the penalty.
