Loan Watch: Akpom completes 90 minutes

Every season a number of Arsenal players go out on loan to gain valuable first-team experience. With the 2013/14 campaign now underway, 13 Gunners are currently away from the Club.

Chuba Akpom completed 90 minutes on his Coventry debut but could not prevent Steven Pressley's side from defeat at home to Carlisle. Franck Moussa's 14th goal of the season gave Coventry the lead but Liam Noble and Sam Byrne struck after the break to ensure victory for the visitors.

Benik Afobe played the final 20 minutes as Sheffield Wednesday lost for the second successive time at Hillsborough. The striker replaced Leon Best after 70 minutes and the game was decided soon after when Patrick Bamford curled an impressive effort beyond Chris Kirkland. Damian Martinez was an unused substitute.

    Tuesday, February 18

Ju Young Park watched from the bench as Watford played out a stalemate at Huish Park. Both Ishmael Miller and Alex Merkel saw goals ruled out for offside and neither could side could find a winner.

    Ignasi Miquel
    Leicester City

    Ignasi Miquel
    Nottingham Forest 2-2 Leicester
    Wednesday, February 19

Ignasi Miquel played no part in Leicester's draw at the City Ground. Jamie Vardy gave the league leaders a first-half advantage but Jamie Paterson and Andy Reid strikes turned the game around before the break. Paul Konchesky was then sent off but Riyad Mahrez equalised in the final 10 minutes to extend the Foxes' advantage at the top of the Championship to eight points.

Speaking about Leicester, seems like they are planning to be back in the EPL next season.

Bring back memories of that defensive player(what's his name?) , who have no qualms in scoring own goals.
