  • Champoins League: Ars v Bayern - Good & Bad move by Wenger.

The good - Yaya Sanogo (In)

The bad - Lucas Podolski (out)
The bad - Jack Wilshire (In)

Pray Wilshire has his 'years' on the ball.

    Wilshire? His mental failures...?

There he goes on Robben and in a very dangerous area

Seems to make errors when the ball comes to him where he has to turn - balance problems?

Needs to be feed diagonal balls...and when running on those diagonal balls should be either side...preferable on his right/setting up a right foot shot/pass on goal.

...as usual no TEAM we cannot 'open up'.

2 good chances gone a begging!
Penalty! ...& Sanogo (no pass to TEAMmate needed...just shot/pass on goal).

+ The Ox set-up by Sanogo.

Having said that good save by Wojciech Szczesny.

Serious injury to GUNNERS Team baance... Gibbs down and the

          slower Monreal in.

If you cannot stay with me you are lost! Right?
          Advantage Bayern!

            We are done!

            Wojciech Szczesny off!

            +

Monreal - Just too slow. Expect Bayern to feed on our left!!

Matters not the miss! ...if we can (I pray!) hold out until the dying moments and then bring Podolski on for Sanogo.

              Excellent Bayern goal.
Monreal is hiding. Never got up on his man. Gave Bayern all the space and time needed to punish my GUNNERS. Excellent Bayern goal.

Ars. 0 - 1 Bayern: 65th min. and Bayern just got stronger.

                Thomas Muller comes on.

So who won the first 15 minutes of the second half????
Hey .. look at the bright side .... at least you're not a Liverpool fan! - Lazie 2/24/10 Paul Marin -19 is one thing, 20 is a whole other matter. It gets even worse if they win the UCL. *groan*. 05/18/2011.MU fans naah cough, but all a unuh a vomit?-Lazie 1/11/2015

Lack of pace is a bitch! Monreal is just about

                    utterly useless.

He faces Philip Lahm and Robben, players with good pace and faster feet....so he backs up & back ups...hides.

Monreal's pace may be good for the EPL but games like these with top players just shows him up as having fair pace.

On defense - Ozil also is a waste.

Bayern seems to be getting impatient and is thus helping my GUNNERS...by a few silly giving away of the ball. ...that done in the main by Robben.

Simple Bayern goal. Ars. tired legs and poor

                        covering... Muller - GOAL!
                        A 0 - 1 score in this match...being a man down...would have been as good as a win!

Ars. 0 - 2 Bayern. No more please...phew!!!! 90min. The post saves us.
