Nemanja Vidic will leave Manchester United at the end of the season after confirming his decision to “move on” this summer.
Vidic’s decision to pursue a move elsewhere is likely to signal the break-up of Sir Alex Ferguson’s final great team at Old Trafford, with Rio Ferdinand and Patrice Evra expected to be told by manager David Moyes that they can leave the club when their contracts expire at the end of the season.
Vidic, United’s captain since the beginning of the 2010-11 campaign, favours a move to Italy, with Inter Milan favourites to secure the Serbian centre-half’s signature after offering him a two-year deal worth £50,000-a-week.
Serie A champions Juventus and French club Monaco are also pursuing the 32-year-old, with Galatasaray another club to have shown a long-term interest in the player.
Vidic insists that he will not seek a move to another Premier League club after eight years at United, which have seen the defender win all major honours with the exception of the FA Cup and Europa League.

THERE IS ONLY ONE ONANDI LOWE!

"Good things come out of the garrisons" after his daughter won the 100m Gold For Jamaica.

"It therefore is useless and pointless, unless it is for share malice and victimisation to arrest and charge a 92-year-old man for such a simple offence. There is nothing morally wrong with this man smoking a spliff; the only thing wrong is that it is still on the law books," said Chevannes.

Could have made something during the transfer window, maybe it was decided he has a role....
He will be missed,a true Man U warrior.
So the safety net will no longer be.

No surprise there. MU has a policy that players over 30 only get a 1 year contract. Vidic being on the last leg of his playing career must be looking for something better than that.
"Jamaica's future reflects its past, having attained only one per cent annual growth over 30 years whilst neighbours have grown at five per cent." (Article)

Maybe we should take Bani out of that group, that spot WAS reserved for Ashley Young.
I can look forward to the babies learning from each other,Vidic inclusion has merits.
It is okay if he is adequately replaced.
