Due to FIFA's rules on the international transfers of minors I'd guess that Ajax will leave him with his current team and invite him over to Holland for periodic training periods with the club until he turns 18 and can join them permanently.

I do not think it will ever go that far. The boys are finally attending school in Jamaica and have allot of catching up to do. They need this and I believe his parent know this at this point.
