There is no way the keeper could have reached that ball before Negredo. Look at the pace and the arch of how the ball dropped. It would have been foolish for the keeper to come out and try to collect or punch that ball. Plus there were two defenders flanking Negredo. What really happened was that they did not (and understandably so) anticipate Toure was going to make such a bold face pass.
