    Pope Francis is a dues-paying, card-carrying member of FC San Lorenzo, which recently won the Argentine fall championship, and then traveled to The Vatican to present Pope Francis with the championship trophy and a championship T-shirt.

    The club released a photo of Pope Francis' club ID card #88235 which shows he has been a member since 2008.
