  • The state of coaching in Ja

When we win a game we talk about our coaches deserve a chance but in the long run even some of the talented ones are found wanting.

What is Jamaica Football federation doing to improve this? I know they sent Downswell on a few courses but what of the other coaches? They had one coaching seminar and promise to have more. They have no certification program in place. They don't have any developemental program in place. We can't pay overseas coaches and we can't depend on one many to do everything so what is our plan?

We can't have it both way thinking we have top of the world coaches in Ja but we choose not to upgrade their skills. Hunt is gone so too is Blaine, who is next and what can they add?

I have seen it posted a few time on here. He has a masters and has been coaching a while. What his qualification have to do with upgrading the coaches? He seems like he could do with some tactical help. Now them a bash him but could he be worked with and be developed?
