Freddy Adu is about to be on the move again.
Brazilian club Bahia will not be extending Adu’s contract, which expires at the end of December, the website of Lance! reported Thursday. Adu, 24, joined the club last April but barely played, and his departure from Bahia is being attributed in Brazil to “technical deficiency.”

Come back to MLS, they always have room for American stars.

                  @ 24?
THERE IS ONLY ONE ONANDI LOWE!

"Good things come out of the garrisons" after his daughter won the 100m Gold For Jamaica.

"It therefore is useless and pointless, unless it is for share malice and victimisation to arrest and charge a 92-year-old man for such a simple offence. There is nothing morally wrong with this man smoking a spliff; the only thing wrong is that it is still on the law books," said Chevannes.

Adu lucky if any MLS team sign him at anything but a cut rate salary. He was run out of Philly for not being good enough, so which team is he going to be able to start for. Him better head to Chivas USA

He could go to the NPL, but then there is a claim there is enough like him in JA.

That probably is his level of football. He is low level MLS player, high level USL player.

He has not developed technically/tactically/physically since he was "15". Either something was off and he was a big man playing against people younger than him, or he just didn't grow the way others did.

now you have me thinking about Adu and our footballers. Many young Jamaican players seem to share the same disease. They may be skillful as hell, but they are tactically naive.

Anyway, I wish the young man luck. I can just imagine his frustration. I think the US can be blamed though for gaps in his development which may be what is hurting him now.

Dem mess up the youth career development. Having him play in a MLS at 14! They should have allowed him to develop with kids his own age!
